Hello GISA family!

Our coverage of GISA state championships since 2007 has been a blast.  We've taken over 250,000 pictures.  We look forward to continue our coverage and providing this service to the GISA families.  However, effective immediately I am making a change in how we provide coverage for GISA state championship events.  

For the last four years we have shot GISA events 'spec'...meaning speculative.  In laymens terms that means we shoot an event, post the pictures online and hope to make sales afterwards.  Unfortunately, this model has not worked well except for a few select GISA events.  So, what is the change?  Easy.  We move from a 'post-paid' model to a 'pre-paid' model.  Meaning, if you want photography coverage for your player and/or team, you schedule us ahead of time.  Here are the details:

- To schedule coverage you can email or call.  The scheduling request should be made a least one week prior to the event.

- The price of the disc is $350 and is paid upon scheduling.  We accept Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover and Paypal.  This can be done over the phone.

- Parents/Teams/Schools desiring photo coverage must provide the player names and jersey numbers to ensure the best coverage of ONLY those desiring coverage for the event.  This will provide a much higher number of images for just those players.  Keep in mind though, if a player you request doesn't play, then we have no way of making photos of them except during warmup and post-game.

- The disc will contain pregame, gametime and postgame shots

- The disc will contain a PDF document that defines the usage rights with a release to have prints made

- The disc will contain at least 300 high resolution images  (some sports, like soccer, will have 500+)

- The disc will be sent USPS Priority mail to the address you provide at scheduling

There are two events that we will continue to shoot 'spec' because they are a challenge and because it woule be impossible to shoot just a 'team'.  That is the GISA State XC Meet and the GISA State Track and Field Meet.
